This policy explains how DailySaga handles personal information when you use the mobile app.
Information we collect
- Account information: email address, username, age confirmation, language, and password hash. We never store your plain password.
- Social and challenge information: friend connections, invitations, challenge rules, check-ins, reviews, reports, and progress.
- Verification content: photos you choose to submit and server-recorded timer activity.
- Device and service information: push notification token, notification preferences, timestamps, request identifiers, and security records.
Why we use it
We use this information to create and protect accounts, run private challenges, deliver notifications, verify check-ins, prevent abuse, respond to safety reports, and maintain Saga Energy integrity.
Storage and service providers
Cloudflare processes API, database, private photo storage, security, and authentication email traffic. Expo processes push notification delivery. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Verification photo retention
Verification photos are private and normally deleted after 7 days. A photo connected to an unresolved appeal or safety report may be kept until the review is resolved. Account deletion removes available verification photos immediately.
Your choices
You can control notifications, remove friends, block users, report unsafe content, and delete your account inside the app. You may also use the public account deletion request page.
